Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through YoYo Boutique are considered FINAL SALE.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the customer has purchased our Return & Exchange Insurance at checkout.
Return & Exchange Insurance
For your peace of mind, we offer optional Return & Exchange Insurance at the time of purchase.
Only orders placed with insurance are eligible for:
- Exchanges
- Store credit refunds
If insurance is not selected at checkout, the order remains final sale with no exceptions.
7-Day Return Window
Eligible orders (with insurance) must meet the following requirement:
- A return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Refund Method
Approved returns are processed as:
- Store Credit Only
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase at YoYo Boutique and does not expire.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
YoYo Boutique reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
