Are newborn knitted outfits final sale?
Yes. Our newborn knitted outfits are considered final sale. However, you may choose to add Return & Exchange Insurance at checkout. With insurance, you are able to request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, according to our return policy. However, if the pieces have been personalized then they are considered to be final regardless of insurance.
Where are the newborn knitted outfits made?
Our newborn knitted collection is beautifully made in Spain and Portugal. Each product description will specify the country where that particular outfit was made.
Can I personalize a knitted outfit or blanket?
Yes, of course. Selected knitted outfits, blankets, and accessories may be personalized with embroidery. Personalization is available as an add-on service and will be charged separately.
How long does personalization take?
We offer two embroidery turnaround options: Standard and Rush. Standard personalization is recommended when you can allow more time, while Rush personalization is ideal for orders needed sooner. Please select the option that best fits your timeline at checkout.
Can personalized knitted items be returned?
Personalized items are considered final sale because they are made specifically for your order. Please double-check all spelling, initials, and personalization details before submitting your order.
How should I wash the knitted outfits and blankets?
Our knitted outfits and blankets may be machine washed on a delicate cycle using cold water and a gentle baby-safe detergent. Do not use bleach or harsh products.
Can I put knitted outfits or blankets in the dryer?
No. We do not recommend using the dryer. To preserve the shape and softness of the knitwear, lay each piece flat on top of a clean towel and allow it to air dry naturally.
Are these outfits good for a newborn’s coming-home outfit?
Yes. Our knitted newborn outfits are perfect for hospital bags, coming-home moments, first photos, baby gifts, and keepsake memories.
Can I pick up my embroidered order in store?
Yes. If you are local, you may choose in-store pickup when available. You will be notified once your personalized order is ready.
