How long does embroidery take?

We offer two embroidery turnaround options: Rush and Standard.

For orders needed within 7 days or less, please choose Rush Embroidery. For orders that can be completed within 7 to 14 days, please choose Standard Embroidery.

Can I order a complete personalized gift set?

Yes. You may create a personalized gift set by selecting matching items such as blankets, towels, hats, outfits, burp cloths, and accessories. Each item can be personalized depending on its available embroidery options.

Can I personalize with a full name, initials, or monogram?

Yes. Depending on the item, you may personalize it with a baby’s first name, full name, initials, or monogram. Some smaller pieces may have limited embroidery space, so the available personalization options may vary by product.

Can I approve the embroidery before it is made?

We carefully review each order before embroidery begins. Please double-check all spelling, initials, and monogram details at checkout, as the personalization will be made exactly as entered.

Can I choose the thread color?

Yes. You may select from the available embroidery thread colors shown on the product page. We recommend choosing a thread color that complements the item for a timeless and elegant finish.

What happens if I misspell the name or initials?

Customers are responsible for entering the correct spelling and personalization details at checkout. If the name, initials, or monogram are submitted incorrectly, the item cannot be returned or refunded once embroidered.

Do you ship personalized embroidery orders?

Yes. We ship embroidery orders. Please keep in mind that embroidery turnaround time is in addition to shipping transit time, so we recommend placing your order early if you need it by a specific date.

Can I pick up my embroidered order in store?

Yes. If you are local, you may choose in-store pickup when available. You will be notified once your personalized order is ready.

Can I return or exchange an embroidered item?

Because embroidered pieces are personalized and made specifically for your order, they are consideredfinal saleand cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please make sure all names, initials, and monograms are entered correctly before placing your order.
